Dr. Havryluik has made a daunting experience more bearable. She was clear and compassionate in her explanations of treatment options. Her "bedside" manner is both clinical and human. I felt that she remained present in all our discussions. She treated me like a person and not a patient or number. I appreciate her taking the time to make me feel heard and to answer my questions. Her office staff is fantastic.
