Virtual Care Services, Access to Your Care Remotely


Video Visits

Speak with a board-certified physician using your mobile devices and our app. You receive the same high-quality care through telemedicine as an in-person appointment, but in less time and without any travel.

This service is for new and existing adult and pediatric patients. Video visits are available for primary care for children and adults, follow-up appointments, pain management, sleep medicine, and others. To find out if your providers participate in Video Visits, please contact them directly.

Virtual Urgent Care

Through NYP Virtual Urgent Care, get real-time telehealth access to an adult or pediatric Emergency Medicine doctor via video chat with a smartphone, tablet or computer seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to midnight.

Virtual Urgent Care are virtual visits with providers within the hospital network.

OnDemand Second Opinion

Getting a second opinion can be a vital part of making an informed decision about your treatment or the care of a loved one. With WCM OnDemand Second Opinion — a partnership between Weill Cornell Medicine, NewYork-Presbyterian and Grand Rounds — you can utilize telemedicine to connect to our world-class experts to help you make an informed medical decision at a time that works for you, from wherever you live.

Our digital Second Opinion service features asynchronous communication via email between you and a provider to provide the best level of care for you virtually.

Weill Cornell Connect

Our updated patient portal, Weill Cornell Connect, streamlines your entire patient experience digitally. Communicate with your doctor, access test results, request prescription refills, manage appointments, check-in for appointments, view and pay your bills — all digitally.

To sign up for Connect, you will need an activation code after your visit or you can sign up online.
