The Weill Cornell Medicine Fibroid and Adenomyosis Program provides multidisciplinary care and the latest treatments for patients with uterine fibroids or adenomyosis. Our team includes specialists in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and interventional radiology.

Each patient receives care that is tailored to their specific condition, such as the size and location of the fibroid, symptoms, and reproductive goals. We offer a variety of innovative, state-of-the-art treatments, including minimally invasive procedures and fertility-protecting treatments.

As a leading program for treatment and research, we are one of the first in New York to offer same-day, comprehensive services for the treatment of fibroids and adenomyosis, including consultation with experts in various specialties and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Our providers are leaders at the forefront of establishing national guidelines for the safe management of fibroids.

Our goal is to empower each patient — throughout each step of the diagnosis, treatment, and recovery — so that they feel comfortable, well cared for, and informed.

If you are experiencing pelvic pressure or pain, painful periods, pain during sex, abnormal bleeding, uncomfortable bloating, or urinary symptoms, you do not need to suffer. Our team is here to help you live more comfortably with personalized care.
