What Our Patients Are Saying

Doug DiChiara
Talking about Erin Iannacone, M.D.

"As a former employee of NYHospital and an NP I brought my husband in to Dr Iannacone for his aneurysm. I highly recommend her and her wonderful NP Mary. They are thorough, kind, professional and most of all broke everything down into understandable terms for both of us. They were a wealth of knowledge and instilled a sense of calm about the situation. We left there knowing we chose the best possible care for my husband’s aneurysm as this will be an ongoing relationship. Thank you Dr I & Mary."

A Brown
Talking about Christopher Lau, M.D.

"I learned after a CT scan that I had an ascending aorta aneurysm 4cm which scared me. I met with Dr. Lau and my fears quickly diminished. I spoke with him and he was very reassuring and knowledgeable. Dr. Lau answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Thankfully I was not in need of immediate attention or surgery and was told I could go about my life as usual and he'd put me on a watch list and see me in a year! I highly recommend Dr Christopher Lau, excellent physician!"

Talking about T. Sloane Guy, M.D.

"I cannot say enough good things about Dr. T. Sloane Guy. Two and half years prior to having open heart surgery, I messaged Dr. T. Sloan Guy via a website form late at night; I thought my chances of being in direct communication with this highly renowned doctor were quite slim. To my surprise, I woke up the next morning to a personal reply from the doctor in my inbox. After a few replies back and forth via email, Dr. Guy suggested we pick up the telephone and provided his personal cell phone to get in touch – I was shocked. We discussed my pre-existing heart condition, in addition to the auto-immune disease I was battling that at the time left me as not an ideal candidate to undergo surgery. Dr. Guy never dismissed me; always made me feel well informed about my condition, my options and was respectful of my personal decisions. Fast forward two and half years later, I underwent a full blown open heart surgery, where Dr. Guy repaired my PAPVC (Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Connection). While I was under the knife, he also did a bypass of my LAD. I truly feel that Dr. Guy saved my life!!! I would recommend him to anyone and their loved ones that need a Cardiac Surgeon or second opinion. I am grateful for Dr. Guy being there to answer questions and lend support during my recovery. He is a relatable and happy guy that likes to brighten up the room, but when it comes to business and his patients health he is very serious about what he does… And I can tell you first hand, he does one hell of an excellent job at what he does!"
