- Massage therapy
- Educational seminars led by our integrative medicine experts
- Mind-body instruction in therapies such as meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, healing touch and yoga
The Benefits of Integrative Health
There is an ever-growing body of research that demonstrates the effectiveness of these complementary therapies, and our program provides these treatments in conjunction with an expert physician team who work closely with your existing physicians to deliver collaborative care.
These therapies can:
- Help prevent disease
- Promote relaxation
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Relieve symptoms associated with a condition or its treatment, such as cancer, heart disease, digestive disorders, autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, diabetes and thyroid disorders
How the Program Works
Treatment at the Integrative Health and Wellbeing Program begins with a comprehensive assessment, which allows us to get to know our patients so we can customize their care to meet their needs.
Throughout the care process, we partner with you and your doctors to create and carry out your personalized health plan, in as intensive or as relaxed a pace as you desire. You can visit us as often as twice weekly or less frequently — the choice is yours.
