How to Refer a Patient

Contact us to get your patient scheduled with our DIGEST Care Team. Once we can review the request and any associated medical records, we will determine a pathway forward for your patient within 2-3 business days.

  • Weill Cornell Medicine providers can find the DIGEST referral through Epic.
  • NewYork-Presbyterian providers can either submit an Epic chat to the DIGEST coordinator or call the main the number at (646) 962-4463.
  • All other providers can either submit to WCM-DIGESTrecords@med.cornell.edu or call the main number at (646) 962-4463.

A member of our Care Team will connect with your patient within 48 hours to provide them with additional information about the program.

You will receive a follow-up note from the clinical team handling your patient's care towards the end of the diagnostic testing.
