The Medical Psychiatry Consultants receives referrals from Weill Cornell Medicine primary care physicians and select specialty physicians. Our patients receive consultations and evidence-based interventions to address common behavioral health concerns, such as anxiety and depression, adjustment-related issues, psychopharmacology in medical illness and pregnancy, and living with chronic disease.
This recently expanded program focuses on the entire spectrum of neurovascular diseases- (1) prevention and reduction of risk factors, (2) acute intervention with thrombolysis, endovascular therapy, and neurovascular surgery, (3) neurocritical care, and (4) rehabilitation.
