Billing Information

Our office will provide you with an estimate prior to your visit based on anticipated services. Because this location does not accept any commercial insurance plan, all payments are due at the time of service. After your visit, you will receive a billing summary, which you can submit to your insurance if you wish to seek reimbursement.
