About Us

Weill Cornell Medicine's Internal Medicine/Primary Care practices provide high-quality, patient-centered care in multiple convenient practice locations through Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Some of our practices offer pediatrics and obstetrics and gynecology services in a single location, others offer group classes for diabetes, tobacco cessation and nutrition counseling and some focus on care of the geriatrics population.

Our physicians treat a broad range of conditions and are strong advocates for preventive care; many have advanced training or a special interest in preventative health, women's health, asthma, allergies, hypertension, geriatrics, osteoporosis, and diabetes.

Establishing long-term relationships with our patients is an essential part of the practices at Weill Cornell Medicine. Our doctors encourage open communication and strive to connect with each person they treat. This approach means personalized care that addresses you and your family’s needs and concerns.

The Network of Care at Weill Cornell Medicine

As part of one of the leading academic medical institutions in the country — in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian, New York's #1 hospital for 18 years running — our physicians also have access to and working relationships with top specialists. Our shared electronic medical records make it easy for our pediatricians, internists, and specialists to collaborate and coordinate the best treatment plan for you and your family.

Latest Research & Technologies

Our commitment to patient care goes beyond the exam room. Our physicians are also researchers, continually looking for ways to improve our patients' health and quality of life. What Our Patients Are Saying

Daniel Cheng

Dr. Chien and the fellow were both very attentive and thorough in their assessment of my daughter's complaints. I highly recommend the Cornell Pediatric GI dept to any parents.

She performed my second c-section and she did so amazingly. I was able to stand up and walk with minimum pain some hours after the surgery and the recovery has been very easy. I definitely recommend her and I don't have enough words to express how happy I was to have had her as my operating doctor.

Dr. Salerno provided me with a full understanding of the process, presented me with the xrays of my foot and discussed the best options for my situation. A very, very positive and efficient experience overall.
