Biographical Info

Dr. Leeman-Neill received her BA from Brandeis University in 2002 and graduated from the MD-PhD program at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 2010. Following her anatomic pathology residency and hematopathy fellowship, as well as a research-focused post-doctoral fellowship (all at University of Pittsburgh), she joined Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York as an attending hematopathologist and Assistant Professor in 2016. Susequently, she joined Weill Cornell Medicine as an Associate Professor in the Hematopathology Division in 2024. She is board certified in anatomic pathology as well as hematopathology. Her scientific research pertains to molecular mechanisms of neoplasia, with a particular focus on mechanisms of B-cell genomic instability and genomic features of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas.
