I am a licensed psychologist specializing in Employee Assistance Program (EAP) leadership.

Biographical Info

Dr. Randy Martin is a licensed psychologist, behavioral health executive, positive psychologist, human resources/management consultant, Employee Assistance Program manager, thought leader, and teaching/training specialist with 36 years of experience impacting the performance, productivity, and profitability of Fortune 1000 companies, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. He is a leader with a proven ability to build and energize strong teams and manage departments. Randy has a passion for teaching, mentoring, and managing professionals, and effectively impacting client well-being. In 2018, Randy was awarded Caron Foundation’s EAP Award for Greater NYC Area Community Service.

Randy is also a dynamic keynote speaker for corporate, university, healthcare and community environments. He has appeared on WebMD, CNN Radio, 1010 WINS Radio, WPIX TV, PCTV, and in web/print articles in Wall Street Journal’s Market Watch, the Chicago Tribune, the Kansas City Star, TimeOut NY, the National Herald, and the Journal News.
