About Piper Andrews, NP
"My medical career has been centered around childbirth; from women’s health and family planning to labor, delivery, and postpartum. As a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine, I have the opportunity and responsibility of providing exemplary care and support while advocating for women and health equity."
Piper has pursued a variety of roles across the country to diversify and deepen her skill set in women’s health. She graduated from the University of Utah’s School of Nursing magna cum laude in 2015. She spent three years as a registered nurse on the Mother-Baby Unit at the Yale-New Haven Hospital. Piper then moved to work at the critical access hospital St. Luke’s Wood River Medical Center in Idaho, where she stayed for the next five years working triage, antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and the newborn nursery, while simultaneously floating to the emergency department as needed. In 2022, Piper completed a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati to become a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She now resides in New York City with her partner as she takes on Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Weill Cornell.
