About Christopher Harnain, M.D., M.B.A., RPVI
Christopher Harnain, MD, is a radiologist specializing in Interventional Radiology. He is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus.
Dr. Harnain graduated from University of Virginia where he earned his BS in Biochemistry and BA in Neuroscience in 2007. He received his MBA from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia in 2012 as well as his MD from University of Virginia School of Medicine.
Following an internship in General Surgery at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Dr. Harnain served as a resident in Radiology from 2013 to 2017 at New York Medical College-Westchester Medical Center. He then completed his fellowship in Interventional Radiology from 2017 to 2018 at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. Dr. Harnain was an Attending Physician of Interventional Radiology at Capital Health Advanced Imaging from 2018-2019. He joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in July 2019 as an Assistant Professor of Radiology.
Dr. Harnain’s areas of interest include peripheral arterial disease, critical limb ischemia, dialysis interventions, and pulmonary embolism.
