About Hana Iris Lim, M.D.
I am excited to join the Division of Hematology and Oncology at Weill Cornell Medicine to continue collaborating with many talented scientists, expert clinicians, and accomplished leaders. I have always been drawn to non-malignant hematology for the complexity of diseases and the comprehensive patient care I am able to deliver. My main clinical interest is in bleeding and clotting disorders, and my research interest is in blood abnormalities due to liver diseases. My ultimate goal is to conduct bed-to-benchside trials in non-malignant hematology and develop new diagnostic tools and therapies for our patients.
Hana I. Lim, M.D., M.S. is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Lim treats patients with inherited and acquired non-malignant blood disorders and has a special interest in caring for those with bleeding and clotting diseases. Dr. Lim’s research focuses on understanding the hemostatic (bleeding) and thrombotic (clotting) issues in people with liver diseases.
