Welcome! When you visit our office at Weill Cornell Ophthalmology, your eye health is my top priority. My entireteam is dedicated to providing you with personalized, compassionate, ethical, and cutting-edge eye care. My teamand I strive to keep current on the latest techniques and standards so we can provide you with the best care andmost optimal results. I offer a variety of general ophthalmology, cataract, cornea, anterior segment, and refractivesurgery treatments to help restore and maintain your optimal vision health and quality of life. Gaining yourconfidence is of utmost importance to me, and I look forward to meeting with you.
Dr. Lin is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist and Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine. Her practice interests include corneal diseases and corneal surgery, advanced cataract surgery, laser vision correction, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, and comprehensive ophthalmology.
Dr Lin graduated from Dartmouth College, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with double majors in Economics and Biology. She attended Baylor College of Medicine, graduating with the Alpha Omega Alpha Kuckein Research Scholarship. She completed her internship at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center / Stanford University Hospitals, and her ophthalmology residency at Columbia University Medical Center, serving as chief resident. She went on to complete the Cornea Fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital. She received the Real World Ophthalmology Skilled Surgeon Award, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Resident Excellence Award, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Young Eye Surgeons Best of Posters Award. She also gave a TEDx Talk at Rice University about memory tools.
Dr. Lin is an author and co-author of numerous journal articles and book chapters. Her areas of research interest include demographic and large-scale clinical studies of keratoconus, ophthalmic imaging and artificial intelligence, and cataract surgery. She has presented her work at multiple national and international meetings and served as an instructor for cataract and anterior segment surgery at conferences.
Dr. Lin has an interest in advocacy and health policy. She served as an Albert Schweizer Fellow, developing health tools for refugee and underserved populations. She worked as a policy intern for American College of Physicians on Capitol Hill. She currently holds positions on the Government Relations Committee of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, the Advocacy Committee of the Cornea Society, and the American Medical Association House of Delegates.
