About Neil Lim, MD
I was drawn to primary care because of the extraordinary relationships that my patients and I build together over time. There are few things more rewarding to me than getting to know my patients and learning the best ways to personalize their care. Within primary care, my particular interests include mental health, weight loss, medication de-prescribing, improving doctor-patient communication, serving as an LGBTQ+ ally, and medical education.
Dr. Lim is from the San Francisco Bay Area, where he graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular Biology and minors in Chemistry and Education. He earned his medical degree from Northwestern University and completed his residency training at New York Presbyterian - Weill Cornell Medical Center with an emphasis in Primary Care. Prior to his medical career, Dr. Lim taught science at the college level, and he continues to cultivate his love of teaching alongside his passion for medicine. Outside the office, Dr. Lim enjoys going to movie theaters, tennis, and attempting Broadway karaoke.
