About Justin Pick, M.D.
My specialty is pediatric cardiology, but I prefer to take a more wholistic approach by considering you as a person and more than just a single beating heart. If you come in with chest pain, my goal is to consider cardiac causes among other non-cardiac related causes for your symptoms. If it is cardiac related, I am ready to help and provide all the services available at Weill Cornell Medical Center.
What makes pediatrics special is that there is usually more than just one patient in the room. There is the child, but then there are also the parents or guardians. We are all working together as a team to advance the health of the child. My goal is to make sure that everyone on the team understands the diagnosis, and we all agree on the same plan.
Justin Pick is a pediatric cardiologist at New York-Presbyterian Medical Group Queens and an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at Weill Cornell Medicine. After graduating from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts, Dr. Pick served his pediatrics residency at the University of California-Irvine Hospital/Children’s Hospital of Orange County. He completed his fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. He is board certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. He specializes in diagnostic fetal echocardiologym, general pediatric cardiology, and pediatric exercise stress testing. He treats a wide range of pediatric and congenital heart conditions.
