Here at Weill Cornell Medicine, I am grateful to work alongside exceptional physicians across medical specialties including world-class surgeons, oncologists and radiologists. I enjoy providing outstanding multidisciplinary care through both the breadth of clinical expertise and uniquely personalized attention toward each individual patient offered at New York Presbyterian Hospital.

As a practicing radiation oncologist, I treat many forms of cancer using radiation therapy with a particular academic focus on thoracic and breast cancers. This work is especially personal given rising incidence rates of both breast and lung cancers among young women during recent years. Clinically, I am experienced in a wide variety of modern advanced radiation treatment methodologies including but not limited to the use of stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT), brachytherapy, adaptive planning, prone breast radiotherapy and the use of deep inspiratory breath hold (DIBH).

Alongside clinical practice, I am actively involved in research. My particular interests lie in clinicotranslational applications of emerging genomic technologies as well as both preclinical technologic development and clinical trials centered on emerging liquid biopsy assays and genomic prognostication tools.

Each day, I feel privileged to partner together with patients and families faced with cancer. I deeply respect the significance of that responsibility. By combining an exceptionally thorough, detailed and thoughtful treatment planning approach with careful attention to the unique preferences and values of each individual person, I hope to provide each patient with the same high quality of personalized care that I hope my own family members would receive. I prioritize openness, accessibility and shared decision making to best uphold each person's individual hopes, priorities and overall wellbeing. Similarly, I believe that patients are our greatest teachers toward highlighting the most important, relevant and necessary research questions to help shape the evolution of oncology.

By fostering open communication, I hope that every patient feels fully comfortable, welcome and safe asking any questions they might have regarding their treatment.
