About Claire Slusarz, N.P.
As a nurse practitioner working with the Pediatric Advanced Care Team, it is a privilege to work with patients and families who are experiencing complex and serious medical conditions. I work to empower them to live well throughout the course of their illness and to ensure that their personal goals and values are driving their care.
Claire Slusarz is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at Weill Cornell Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics. She specializes in pediatric palliative care, caring for patients with complex and serious medical conditions and their families.
Claire received both a B.S. and M.S. in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University Frances/ Payne Bolton School of Nursing. She is board certified in both pediatric primary and acute care.
