Under the leadership of renowned oncologist Dr. Anne Moore, the Breast Cancer Survivorship Program at the Iris Cantor Women’s Center provides leading care and unique resources for those who have ductal carcinoma in situ (DCIS) or who have completed the active phase of their breast cancer treatment. The Weill Cornell Breast Cancer Survivorship Program connects you with a team of specialists to help you achieve the best possible physical and emotional health as you continue on your breast cancer journey. We also connect you with fellow survivors so that you can build a community that will support you throughout your life ahead.

Exceptional Providers Dedicated to Improving Life After Breast Cancer

The Weill Cornell Medicine Breast Center Survivorship Program is dedicated to helping you achieve the best possible health after cancer treatment and reduce the risk of disease recurrence. You will collaborate closely with a team of specialists in breast cancer survivorship to manage your follow-up visits and lifelong care.

We have dedicated specialists in dermatology, cardiology, urology, gynecology, reproductive medicine and psychiatry who are passionate about helping breast cancer survivors enjoy an active and healthy life.

As our patient, your dedicated specialists will:

●      Develop an individualized plan for your specific condition and health goals

●      Monitor your health after cancer treatment, such as any heart-health related conditions or effects after treatment

●      Identify and manage any long-term side effects from your treatment

●      Coordinate your medical care throughout your survivorship, including psychosocial, sexual health, reproductive medicine, nutrition and physical therapy support

●      Our annual symposium and other patient education events that bring breast cancer survivors together to learn from leading experts

●      Yoga, mindfulness/meditation programs and other wellness activities to help you thrive emotionally and physically

●      Care, support and services at the Weill Cornell Medicine Integrative Health and Well-Being Program, including acupuncture and massage therapy

●      Expert diet and nutrition guidance from dietitians who specialize in nutrition for breast cancer survivors
