Personal Statement

I am a licensed clinical social worker in the department of psychiatry at Weil Cornell Psychiatry Collaborative Care Center. My therapeutic approach is person center therapy. I employ different treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT therapy with a holistic approach that incorporate in therapy different dimensions of one’s personality. I believe that therapeutic process is initiated and processed through the therapeutic alliance with the client and I approach therapy as a collaborative journey of exploration and understanding more about ourselves, others and the world around us.
