"I am fortunate to practice in a field that allows me to be present and help women through important milestones in their lives. No other field provides the continuing care that obstetrics and gynecology does. My goal is to foster individual relationships with my patients so that we can work together to optimize their health throughout their lives." 

Biographical Info

Dr. Sarah Yu is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She attended the combined BA/MD program at The Sophie Davis School of Biomedical Education and received her medical degree at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. She completed her residency at SUNY Downstate, where she stayed on after completing her training. Her areas of focus include full spectrum obstetrics, well woman care, cervical dysplasia, leiomyomatous disease, abnormal uterine bleeding, sexually transmitted infections, family planning, gynecologic surgery, and menopausal care.
