About Samantha DeBello, PA-C
I love caring for patients through the various stages of their lives, while working along side a group of professional and knowledgeable physiciansthat contribute to my own growth as a PA. I am proud to be a part of the WeillCornell family and fortunate to practice in an intimate office setting that prioritizes individualized care, while also providing access to highly-rated specialists and state-of-the-art facilities via Cornell's broader network.
Samantha earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 2015, graduating Cum Laude. She returned to New York to attend the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center, where she graduated in 2019 with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Samantha has professional and clinical experience in several fields of medicine, but became particularly passionate about women's health while completing her clinical rotations at Downstate. She thoroughly enjoys providing comprehensive care to women throughout all stages of their lives, from their reproductive and childbearing years to menopause and beyond.
Samantha joined Weill Cornell Medicine as a Physician Assistant in March 2020. She works autonomously managing the care of patients, and in collaboration with the physicians at Cornell’s Department of OBGYN offices. She strives to provide high quality care and service the needs and preferences of patients, while fostering a team-oriented approach amongst her medical colleagues. Samantha provides a wide variety of services, ranging from routine well-woman exams and contraceptive counseling; to evaluation of acute infections and STIs; to managing symptomatic patients in early pregnancy, to postpartum issues and wound evaluations, to the well-being of menopausal patients.
Samantha most enjoys helping women through the many milestones and most important times in their lives. She highly values the continuity of care that obstetrics and gynecology has to offer and aspires to form personal relationships with her patients, working with them to optimize their health and wellness.
