On April 23, speakers, Melissa Lopez, MSN, RN, and Natalie Hellmers, PhD, RN, presented the health seminar, "Brain Health: Healthy Mind, Healthy Body" at the Myra Mahon Patient Resource Center. The seminar explored issues such as: what makes up a healthy brain, the brain over the life course, a look inside the brain, neurological challenges, and ways to stay healthy. Lopez and Hellmers also shared information about the Lifestyle Improvement Fitness and Togetherness (LIFT) program at Weill Cornell Medicine.
