Personal Statement

I have always loved solving puzzles, and genetics constantly presents new puzzles and challenges.  I always appreciate listening to patients and families share their stories and finding the best way to advocate for them.  I am interested in the transition from prenatal to postnatal care in genetics as well as the increasing utilization of inpatient genetics services.
