Biographical Info

Dr. Fiona Gispen provides inpatient and outpatient infectious diseases care, including primary care for people living with HIV. Her clinical expertise includes adult primary care, HIV, hepatitis C, and bacterial infections.

Dr. Gispen received her BA and MS from Stanford University and earned her MD from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. She completed her internal medicine residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and subsequently served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the division of Hospital Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She later completed her fellowship in Infectious Diseases at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.

Dr. Gispen conducts clinical and health services research on hepatitis C and on infections related to substance use disorders.
