Long Island City offers seamless access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic options, as well as close consultation with our specialists in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, advanced heart failure, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, valvular disease, and adult congenital heart disease. Your primary care physician will help coordinate your care and connect you with other specialists when needed.
To better meet patients' needs, the Long Island City practice is growing to include additional primary care physicians, obstetricians, cardiologists, podiatrists, radiologists, orthopedists, rehabilitation medicine specialists, and multiple OB/GYN subspecialties (maternal and fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery).

If you are coming by subway, you may take the E, M, or R train to Queen’s Plaza or the 7, N, or W train to Queensboro Plaza.
If you are coming by bus, you may take the Q60 or Q32 to Queens Plaza South/28th St or Q101 to Jackson Ave/Orchard St.
If you are coming by car, discounted parking is now available at One Parking Garage for patients at their two convenient locations, 28-30 Jackson Ave, Queens, NY 11101 and 42-09 28th St, Queens, NY 11101. Enjoy an Early-Bird Special rate of $17 when you park from 5 a.m.-11 a.m. After 11 a.m. it is a flat fee of $20 for patients. Patients must present proof of their same-day appointment. This may be done by providing a screenshot of the appointment via MyChart or a printed copy of their appointment details.
