About Nicholas S. Lombardo, N.P.
Nicholas Lombardo is a certified Nurse Practitioner under the guidance of Dr. Sonja Blum at the Weil Cornell’s Alzheimer’s Disease and Memory Disorders Clinic. He obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree from Pace University Lienhard School of Nursing and his Master of Science Degree from CUNY College of Staten Island School of Nursing. Nicholas began his career in Neurology Critical Care at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, providing care for patients with an array of neurocritical conditions and neurosurgical needs including stroke, traumatic brain injuries, epilepsy, and brain tumors.
He believes that his background in managing patients with high-risk neurological conditions has given him a solid basis upon which to build proficiency in managing those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other types of memory disorders. Nicholas is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in both Adult-Gerontology as a nurse practitioner and Medical Surgical nursing. His goal is to develop a long-lasting relationship built on trust and respect while providing compassionate and beneficial care for his patients.
