Miroslav Kopp, DO, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine. He is also Attending Surgeon at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens.
Dr. Kopp specializes in performing acute care, trauma, and critical care surgery. He is an active member of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, the American Osteopathic Association, and Society of Critical Care Medicine.
After earning his doctor of osteopathy from New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Kopp completed both his internship and residency at Lutheran Medical Center. During his final year of residency, Dr. Kopp served as administrative chief resident and was awarded the Surgical Excellency Award. He went on to complete his fellowship in critical care surgery at North Shore University Hospital.
