About Mikhail Iliatov, NP
Mikhail Iliatov joins the division as our new Direct Access Colonoscopy Nurse Practitioner. Mikhail brings a diverse healthcare background spanning gastroenterology, emergency medicine, colorectal surgery, and patient navigation. Most recently, he served as a Clinical Nurse II in Gastroenterology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he provided perioperative care for patients undergoing advanced endoscopic procedures and played an active role in quality improvement initiatives through the Endoscopy Practice Council. As an EPIC Superuser, he also supported colleagues and leadership during a major institutional EHR transition, demonstrating his commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
In his role as DAC Nurse Practitioner, Mikhail will help provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while supporting the continued growth and excellence of our gastroenterology services.
