Personal Statement

I strive to listen and partner with my patients to better understand the specific physical, psychological, social, environmental, and spiritual influences on health. I curate a personalized prevention/treatment plan tailored to each individual’s  needs  and season of life. I utilize evidence-based modalities of both innovative modern medicine and time-tested integrative and lifestyle modalities such as nutrition, acupuncture, botanical medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, and mind-body practices,  to attain optimal health and well-being. A strong proponent of family-centered care, I treat patients of all ages from childhood, adolescence, to adulthood. I seek for my patients to enjoy both years in life (longevity) and life in years (vitality). I am committed to helping patients and families find answers and live a vibrant, meaningful life. Areas of interest include optimizing nutrition, immune health (including cancer, autoimmune conditions, and chronic fatigue), brain health, gut health, metabolic health, and hormonal health.
