Biographical Info

Maria Mitry, M.D. is a radiologist specializing in Interventional Radiology. She is an Assistant Professor of Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital-Weill Cornell Campus.

Dr. Mitry graduated from the University of Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience in 2011. She then received her Master’s in Basic Medical Sciences from New York Medical College in 2013 and her M.D. at New York Medical College: School of Medicine in 2017.

Dr. Mitry trained as an intern at Mount Sinai Beth Israel in Medicine from 2017 to 2018, followed by her residency in Diagnostic Radiology from 2018 to 2021 at NewYork Presbyterian-Weill Cornell. She then completed her IR/DR Integrated Residency at NewYork Presbyterian-Weill Cornell 2021 to 2023. Dr. Mitry joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in August 2023 as an Assistant Attending of Radiology.
