Biographical Info

Lauren Ernberg, M.D., is a board-certified radiologist with specialization in Musculoskeletal Radiology. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine Campus.

Dr. Ernberg graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island in 1992. She later earned her M.D. in 2017 from Cornell University Medical College, New York, NY.  Following an internal medical internship at Pennsylvania Hospital, Philadelphia, PA, Dr. Ernberg trained as a resident in Diagnostic Radiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, New York, NY, from 1998 to 2002. In 2003, she completed her fellowship in Musculoskeletal MRI at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York, NY.

Dr. Ernberg joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in October 2025 as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology, as a member of the Musculoskeletal Division.
