Personal Statement

I am a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a strong clinical interest in preventative medicine.  My path into healthcare was shaped by early, hands-on experiences in clinical settings, which sparked my interest in nursing. Over the years, that initial drive has grown into a deeper commitment to the nurse practitioner role-one that enables me to take a more active part in managing medical conditions while providing patient-centered care.

Following graduation, she began her career as a nurse on the medical-surgical unit at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital, where she gained valuable hands-on experience caring for a diverse patient population.

Motivated by a growing interest in primary care and advanced practice, she went on to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing at NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing. She graduated in 2021 from the Adult-Gerontology Primary Care program.
