About Jade Rebecca Azari, M.D.
I am a primary care physician and general internist. I enjoy fostering relationships with my patients and working together to achieve health goals, with an emphasis on preventative care and wellness. I treat a multitude of illnesses including but not limited to mental health disorders, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, and weight management.
Dr. Azari is a primary care physician at Weill Cornell Medicine. She attended Cornell University for her undergraduate degree, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Neurobiology and Behavior. She went on to attend medical school at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. During her time in medical school, she was selected to join the Hobart Amory Hare Honor Society as well as Alpha Omega Alpha National Medical Honor Society. Afterwards, she continued her residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center in Internal Medicine.
