About Frances Hsieh, M.D., M.P.H.
Dr. Hsieh is a board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens and serves as Medical Director of Labor and Delivery. She specializes in the care of high-risk pregnancies, with a strong focus on improving maternal and neonatal outcomes through evidence-based practice and quality-driven care.
Dr. Hsieh brings extensive leadership experience, having previously served as Director of Labor and Delivery at Stamford Hospital and Director of Quality and Performance Improvement at Flushing Hospital. She has led multidisciplinary initiatives in perinatal safety, clinical performance, and patient-centered care.
She earned her medical degree from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is dedicated to advancing women’s health and mentoring the next generation of physicians.
