The Center for Trauma and Addiction is an outpatient mental health program providing evidence-based treatment for adults ages 21 and older. Our focus is on healing both developmental and adult trauma, supporting clients on their journey toward lasting recovery and wellbeing.

Our faculty and clinicians provide expert care for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) Pand related challenges using a three-phase approach: stabilization, traumatic memory processing, and reintegration. Our primary treatment modality is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based therapy with a strong track record of success.

Each client begins with a comprehensive, one-session psychiatric evaluation and is then paired with a trauma-trained psychotherapist with at least 10 years of clinical experience. Treatment is highly individualized, and services are offered virtually or in-person to fit each client’s unique needs.
