About Briana Cass, NP
I was inspired to become a healthcare professional when I witnessed the compassion and perseverance of healthcare professionals when a young family member became critically ill with a common respiratory virus. Despite a harrowing prognosis, my relative returned home after making a complete recovery thanks to the dedication of the staff that took care of her. Since this experience, my approach to working with patients and families is to ensure their comfort while meeting their healthcare needs. When working with patients and families, I was often told in my figure skating career that “you only get one shot,” and I am determined to provide them the opportunity to have an optimal chance of living.

The illness of a child has a profound effect on their quality of life, as well as their families. It takes a unique individual to understand and meet a child’s medical needs. The health and subsequent happiness of a child as a result of a caring, compassionate, and comprehensive medical team is of the utmost importance to Ms. Cass and the essence of what she strives for in her career.
