About Alina Boltunova, M.D.
I feel privileged to work at an institution that allows me to care for patients in the operating room as an anesthesiologist and build long-lasting relationships with patients in the outpatient pain management setting. I understand the tremendous impact that chronic pain can have on an individual's well-being and overall quality of life. The complex nature of chronic pain necessitates an individualized approach to management. My goal is to provide an evidence-based, multi-modal approach to pain management that addresses the physical, psychological, and emotional aspects of pain.
Dr. Boltunova is a double board-certified anesthesiologist and pain medicine physician. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in molecular and cell biology and public health at the University of California, Berkeley, where she graduated with highest distinction.
