About Alexandra Peck, N.P.
I am honored to practice Endocrinology at Weill Cornell Medicine in Southampton. My goal is to maintain long-lasting, trusting relationships with patients and their families and to work together to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs. I prioritize patient education and counseling, empowering individuals to understand and manage their conditions with all the knowledge and tools they need to have the best quality of life. My approach blends evidence-based care with consideration for personal preferences and lifestyles. I look forward to collaborating with you on your health journey.
Alexandra Peck is originally from the east end of Long Island. She studied at Stony Brook University where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at SUNY Downstate Medical Center where she completed a one-year accelerated nursing program. She started her career in Emergency Medicine at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center while attending school to become a nurse practitioner. She graduated from SUNY Downstate Medical Center and earned a Master of Science Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner and is board certified through American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She has particular interests in the prevention and treatment of Diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity medicine and helping her patients achieve optimal wellness and health. She is an active member in the American Diabetes Association as well as the Association of Diabetes Care & Education Specialists.

Relationships and collaborations with for-profit and not-for profit organizations are of vital importance to our faculty because these exchanges of scientific information foster innovation. As experts in their fields, WCM physicians and scientists are sought after by many organizations to consult and educate. WCM and its faculty make this information available to the public, thus creating a transparent environment.
