About Adriana Perez, M.D.
As pediatric transplant hepatologist, my mission is to help children with liver disease to be healthy and allow them to achieve their best potential. I connect families with world-class multidisciplinary teams consisting of nutritionists, social workers, physical therapists, interventional radiologists, pediatric and transplant surgeons, and many more. Together with families, we form the best next step in managing often life-long disease. If liver transplantation is necessary, our team of transplant hepatologists, including myself, take turns to care for your child when hospitalized and I continue to care for you after liver transplant. Forming long-lasting relationships with families and seeing previously ill children becoming healthy after liver transplantation are the most rewarding moments of my specialty.
