Members of the Concierge Medicine program can look forward to:
Easy ways to reach your physician directly. As a member of the Concierge Medicine program, you'll receive a direct number to call your physician for after-hours, health-related emergencies, along with their personal, professional advocacy to help you secure appointments with specialists.
Additionally, members receive an extended annual wellness exam and personalized nutritional consultation with a registered dietician. The extended exam includes a thorough health review and supplementary testing customized to align with your unique health needs.
Expanded health services. Membership extends to preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent care and specialty services.
Priority patient benefits. Enrolled members also get dedicated appointment times, making it easy to secure a same-day or next-day appointment, order prescription refills and ask any general health questions they may have.
Personalized health care on the go. Members can access the program’s network of physicians if they need medical care while traveling. Should you require hospitalization, your primary physician can easily communicate with your Concierge Medicine physician.

Do I have to pay my enrollment fee all at once?
The Concierge Medicine program allows for convenient monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment options.
Is the Concierge Medicine program a replacement for insurance?
No, the Concierge Medicine program does not replace your health insurance.
Does insurance cover enrollment?
Depending on your insurance coverage, enrollment may be covered by your HSA or FSA.
