About Santosh K. Sangari, M.B., B.S.
Dr. Sangari completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, from University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, India in 1975 and after completing rotatory internship; she received the Certificate of Registration, Punjab Medical Council, India. She then completed her residency in Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1978. She got her degree for Master of Surgery (Anatomy) from University College of Medical Sciences, University of Delhi, India, in1983 and started teaching various fields of Anatomy to medical students of University College of Medical sciences, Delhi, India and became the Professor of Anatomy in 1998.
After coming to United States of America, she continued her teaching profession and at present she is Assistant Professor of Anatomy in Cell and Developmental Biology, Weill Cornell Medical College, New York. She teaches Human Gross Anatomy to medical students in Human structure and function course and Functional Neuro-anatomy and clinical anatomy in Brain and Mind course. She also teaches Human Gross Anatomy to Physician assistant students of the institution. She is actively engaged in building computer resource for teaching Functional Neuroanatomy and Human Gross Anatomy. Her research publications are in the field of Olfactory mucosa, Neuron tract tracers and Cervical spine.
