Biographical Info

Dr. Aronson's career is dedicated to the care of patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD) and pulmonary fibrosis. She is an expert in patient-centered outcomes in ILD, focusing on defining and elevating outcome measures for clinical practice and clinical trials that are most meaningful to patients. Dr. Aronson is developing a patient-reported outcome that measures quality of life in patients with Chronic Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis (CHP), to better define, understand, and address the challenges associated with antigen identification and avoidance in patients with CHP.

Dr. Aronson has received the Weill Cornell Medicine Fund for the Future and Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation Awards. She is a co-investigator on a national ILD registry and clinical trials.
