I am very excited to join the division of Gastroenterology at Weill Cornell Medical College/New York Presbyterian Hospital. I have trained at various top institutions in the country which have provided me an opportunity to learn from various experts in the field of gastroenterology and hepatology. I wish to provide excellent and comprehensive care to each patient as part of an outstanding multidisciplinary team of individuals.
Having a unique background with training in both advanced endoscopic procedures and management of complex liver disease patients, I have acquired the necessary knowledge and skillset to care for patients with complex gastrointestinal, pancreatic and liver diseases. I have a special interest in management of cancer of liver, bile duct and pancreas, pancreatic cysts, pancreatic fluid collections, large colon polyps, Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal cancer. My research interest includes exploring the role of therapeutic endoscopy in management of patients with advanced liver and bile duct diseases and cancers.
