At Weill Cornell Medicine, children and teens with pain disorders receive comprehensive and compassionate care from an expert pediatric specialist.
Specialized Care for Kids and Teens with Pain Disorders
Dr. Veronica Carullo treats both primary and secondary pediatric pain disorders and helps patients and their families determine the best ways to manage their pain. Possible treatments include medications, physical therapy, psychological therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, or interventional therapies.
Dr. Carullo often coordinates care with pediatric primary care physicians and other pediatric specialists.
Why Choose Weill Cornell Medicine?
Dr. Carullo has more than a decade of experience in treating pediatric pain disorders. And unlike most physicians — who translate their adult experiences to children — Dr. Carullo is specially trained to treat child and adolescent pain.
In addition to her training, Dr. Carullo is one of the few physicians board-certified in general pediatrics, anesthesiology, pediatric anesthesiology, pain medicine, and palliative medicine.
