Jennifer S. Goldstein, N.P., a nurse practitioner and the program coordinator of the Payne Whitney Women's Program.  She is accepting new patients into her private practice, located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, for consultations, psychotherapy and medication management.  Ms. Goldstein also sees patients in the Women’s Program (, which provides evaluations and treatment for women with reproductive-related psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders and anxiety in pregnancy and postpartum.
Ms. Goldstein holds a dual appointment as a Staff Associate at Weill Cornell Medical College and as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) at New York Presbyterian Hospital- Weill Cornell Medical Center.  In her role as a PMHNP, Ms. Goldstein can diagnosis, conduct psychotherapy and prescribe medications for adults with mental illness. During the initial patient visit, Ms. Goldstein performs a comprehensive assessment and will work with you to create and coordinate an individualized treatment plan, which is tailored to your needs and preferences.  Ms. Goldstein regularly consults with patient’s families, if desired, and/or other health practitioners in an effort to maximize consistency of care.

Ms. Goldstein is the sole psychiatric nurse practitioner in the Weill Cornell Physician's Organization. In 2010, she was a recipient of Columbia University School of Nursing's Excellence in Psychiatry Practice Award. Ms. Goldstein has written for The Wall Street Journal Online and the Associated Press, and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, Postpartum Support International and Women’s Mental Health Consortium. 
Ms. Goldstein is Board Certified as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
