Biography
Drew Gunio, MD is a radiologist specializing in Musculoskeletal Imaging. He is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine and an Assistant Attending Radiologist at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
Dr. Gunio graduated from the University of Georgia where he earned his B.S. in Biology in 2008. He then received his M.S. in Human Genetics in 2009 from Tulane University. In 2010 Dr. Gunio received his M.D. from the Medical College of Georgia.
Following preliminary residency at Icahn SOM at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Dr. Gunio completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology from 2016 to 2020 at Icahn SOM at Mount Sinai West. He then completed his fellowship in Musculoskeletal Imaging from 2020 to 2021 at University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Gunio joined the faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in July 2021 as an AssistantProfessor of Clinical Radiology.
