About
Personal Statement
As a pediatric endocrinologist, I am afforded the great privilege of developing lasting connections with our patients and their families. I strongly believe an honest and open relationship between a patient and their physician is of paramount importance, and I strive to empower patients and their families to be active participants in their care. My personal childhood experience with endocrinology not only catalyzed my desire to pursue a career in medicine, but also made me a staunch supporter and advocate of children with chronic medical conditions.
