Biographical Info

Dr. Judy Ch’ang completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science and her Medical Degree at the University of Toledo College Of Medicine.  She completed her Neurology residency at Columbia University - New York Presbyterian where she was awarded the Gold Foundation Humanism and Excellence in Teaching Award by the Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.  She completed her fellowship in Neurocritical Care at the University of San Francisco and served as the PI for the Bromocriptine for Fever Trial. She is currently the Medical Director of the Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit and the Associate Residency Program Director. She co-chairs the Women In Neurology Steering Committee and sits on the Neurology Quality Improvement and DEI Committees. In 2021, she was awarded the Weill Cornell NYP-PA Supervisor of the Year Award. She is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialities. She is a member of the Neurocritical Care Society and the American Academy of Neurology.
